Independent Bioinformatics & Data Science Consulting
Im Seb, am a computational & molecular biologist and data science consultant working at the interface of biology and quantitative analysis. My work focuses on helping research and industry teams design studies, analyse complex datasets, and translate results into reproducible, interpretable insight.
My experience spans transcriptomics, epigenetics, single-cell data, network biology, and statistical modelling. I place strong emphasis on methodological rigour, transparent workflows, and biological interpretation, ensuring that results support decision-making and scientific credibility.

I collaborate closely with scientists, clinicians, and industry partners, adapting the analytical strategy to the specific biological question and regulatory context. My approach is pragmatic and solution-focused, with clear communication at every stage of a project.
